TOOL TERMS OF USE, DISCLAIMER & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

The Bang for Buck tool (the “Tool”) has been developed by Grant Thornton for Stichting Fashion Producer Collective and is made available via its website for informational and analytical purposes.

1. Intended Use

The Tool is intended solely for preliminary screening, scenario analysis, and decision-support purposes. It is designed to assist users in exploring indicative outcomes based on user-provided inputs and assumptions.

Users acknowledge that all use of the Tool is at their own risk.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Tool solely for internal, non-commercial evaluation and decision-support purposes via the Stichting Fashion Producer Collective website.

 

Users shall not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Tool;

Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Tool;

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying methodology;

Use the Tool to develop, train, benchmark, or improve any competing product or service;

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or usage restrictions.

 

5. Access and Availability

The Tool is provided via the Stichting Fashion Producer Collective website and may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Unauthorized access, automated use, scraping, or bulk extraction of data from the Tool is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Third-Party Reliance

The Tool may rely on user-provided data and/or third-party information. Neither Stichting Fashion Producer Collective nor Grant Thornton accepts responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors arising from such data sources.
